WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets released the following testimony by Alexandro C. Wiggins, senior chief petty officer at U.S. Navy, from a Sept. 9, 2025, hearing entitled "Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection."
