WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education has withdrawn notices inviting applications for four programs for fiscal year 2025 and canceled the competitions. This action follows a determination that the programs violate the equal protection component of the Fifth Amendment's due process clause.
