ARLINGTON, Va. (AFNS) -- Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David W. Allvin presented the 2024 Koren Kolligian Jr. Trophy to Maj. Harrison M. Green during a ceremony held at the Pentagon, Sept. 16.
