WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The House Agriculture Subcommittee on Nutrition and Foreign Agriculture released the following written testimony by Chloe Green, manager of food and nutrition services at the American Public Human Services Association, from a Sept. 9, 2025, hearing entitled "Exploring State Options in SNAP."
