WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking comments on a habitat conservation plan application from the City of Davenport, Iowa. The city is requesting an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act to expand its utility infrastructure in Polk County, Florida. The project could affect the threatened sand skink and blue-tailed mole skink.
