WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has completed its review of a license application for the Victory Mills Hydroelectric Project and has issued its environmental assessment. The project, located on Fish Creek in Saratoga County in the Village of Victory, New York, is seeking a license to continue its operations.
