WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a notice of application for Fresenius Kabi USA LLC, Grand Island, New York, which seeks to be registered as an importer of controlled substances. The company submitted the application on August 5, 2025. The request is for the importation of remifentanil, which is a schedule II controlled substance.
