WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management, has proposed to rescind the Conservation and Landscape Health Rule adopted in May 2024, citing concerns that the rule conflicts with existing statutory requirements and imposes unnecessary constraints on land management.
