WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:

PRICE, Utah -- The BLM will offer a competitive lease by sealed bid of approximately 120 acres containing an estimated 1.29 million tons of recoverable federal coal within the Little Eccles Tract near Skyline Mine in Emery County.
