HUD Sells Healthcare Mortgage Loans

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is conducting a competitive, sealed bid sale of eight healthcare mortgage loans. The loans are secured by properties that include skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota and Missouri. The sale, known as HLS 2026-1, involves first-lien mortgage notes sold without Federal Housing Administration insurance.
