DOE Postpones Effective Date for Nondiscrimination Rule

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy is delaying the effective date for a rule entitled "Rescinding Construction Requirements Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities." This action, issued as a direct final rule, will see its implementation postponed to allow for continued consideration of public input.
