WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy is delaying the effective date for a rule entitled "Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities." The direct final rule was initially published on May 16, 2025.
