WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy is delaying the effective date of a direct final rule that would rescind regulations for loans to minority business enterprises.
The rule, entitled "Rescinding Regulations for Loans for Minority Business Enterprises Seeking DOE Contracts and Assistance," was first published on May 16, 2025. It had a previously delayed effective date of September 12, 2025.
