WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has submitted a request for information collection entitled "Sudden Death in the Young (SDY)" to the Office of Management and Budget for review.
