WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has begun an inquiry into an application by Clark Energy Cooperative Inc., Winchester, Kentucky, to pass along a wholesale rate adjustment. The investigation, titled the "Electronic Application of Clark Energy Cooperative, Inc. for Pass-Through of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc.'s Wholesale Rate Adjustment" (Case No. 2025-00219), raises questions about the utility's proposed rate hike.
