WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has commenced an investigation after receiving a complaint alleging violations of the Tariff Act of 1930. Filed on September 4, 2025, on behalf of ZIIP Inc., Oakland, California, and the Beauty Tech Group Ltd., Pleasant Hill, the complaint alleges violations related to the importation, sale for importation and sale within the U.S. of microcurrent facial toning devices and systems.
