WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued a final rule amending, suspending or removing Standard Instrument Approach Procedures and related Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures for operations at multiple airports. The regulatory changes are a result of adopting revised criteria and adjusting to changes in the National Airspace System such as the addition of navigational facilities or the establishment of obstacles.
