WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (TNSFR) -- U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule that modifies Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures (ODPs) at specific airports.
