WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (TNSFRinfo) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission is requesting an extension for its collection of information under Rule 17a-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The rule requires registered broker-dealers to submit securities transaction data electronically when requested by SEC.
