WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of the Fly Server for purposes of Title III of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Based on the facts presented, the agency concluded that the last substantial transformation of the Fly Server occurs in the U.S.
