ITA Announces Preliminary Antidumping Findings for Stilbenic Optical Brightening Agents

WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration determined that Teh Fong Min International Co. Ltd. (TFM), Taipei, Taiwan, sold stilbenic optical brightening agents (stilbenic OBAs) at less than normal value in the U.S. This finding is part of an ongoing administrative review covering the period from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
