WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has issued a request for information to Clark Energy Cooperative Inc., Winchester, Kentucky, regarding its application for an alternative rate adjustment (Case No. 2025-00230).
