HOMESTEAD, Florida, Sept. 3 -- The U.S. State Department issued the following transcript of Secretary Marco Rubio's remarks to the press at Homestead Air Reserve Base on Sept. 2, 2025, about the lethal strike on a drug vessel from Venezuela. The remarks highlight the administration's more aggressive stance against drug cartels, which Rubio referred to as "narcoterrorist organizations".
