WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced a proposed safety mandate for 650 Airbus helicopters in the United States, targeting a structural flaw that could cause the vertical fin to detach in flight, leading to a loss of control.
