WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve a revision to an air quality rule in Maricopa County, Arizona. The proposal aims to update the state implementation plan by approving a clarification to a rule that controls volatile organic compounds from petroleum solvents used in dry cleaning.
