ITA Upholds Duties on Russian Silicon

WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSFR) -- The Department of Commerce International Trade Administration determined that ending the anti-dumping duty order could result in a continuation of dumping, where Russia exports a product at a price lower than its domestic market value.
