WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission is reverting to its original rule for telemarketing consent following a court mandate. The action stems from a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which vacated a rule change that had been adopted in 2023.
