WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is making changes to the airspace around Elmira-Corning Regional Airport, Horseheads, New York, in a move to enhance aviation safety. The modification, contained in a final rule, is intended to provide a more effective structure for aircraft navigating with instruments.
