WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security has taken action to deny all export privileges for a man who was convicted of smuggling firearms and magazines into Mexico. Juan Manuel Cervantes-Aceves, a resident of Tucson, Arizona, was found guilty on November 30, 2023, of violating a U.S. law against smuggling. The court sentenced him to four years of probation.
