WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review has finalized a rule to broaden the candidate pool for temporary immigration judges (TIJs) to match the qualifications for permanent immigration judges (IJs).
