WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (TNSdok) -- A Federal Maritime Commission judge has denied a motion for summary judgment in the case of "Formu Kleen Inc. v. Top Shipping Systems Corp." (Docket No. 25-08). The decision, served on August 28, 2025, stems from a complaint alleging that Top Shipping Systems, Miami, Florida, violated the Shipping Act by holding two container shipments of Formu Kleen, Plano, Texas, as collateral for past-due payments.
