WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has entered into a consent decree that resolves a lawsuit brought by a coalition of Kentucky plaintiffs.
This agreement addresses the agency's failure to take action on a 2022 request to change the air quality status of a part of the Louisville metropolitan area.
