WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has concluded a review of the countervailing duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China, determining that its termination would likely cause the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies.
