WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission Media Bureau has adjusted its regulations to align with court judgments, removing rules from the Code of Federal Regulations that are no longer legally valid. In a determination adopted on August 21, 2025, the bureau took steps to delete obsolete rules and requirements, finding they have no operative effect. This action removes about 14 pages and 43 rules from the agency's rulebook.
