WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act to manage the phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), potent greenhouse gases used in various industries.
