WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act to manage the phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), potent greenhouse gases used in various industries. The rule renews priority access to allowances for five applications through 2030, while ending such access for one sector and introducing other adjustments.
