Defense Acquisition Regulations System Puts Limits on Consulting Contracts

WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Defense Defense Acquisition Regulations System has finalized a regulation to restrict which companies can receive certain contracts. The rule implements a provision of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2024, aiming to protect national security. The regulation will become effective in October.
