WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Defense Defense Acquisition Regulations System has published a final rule to amend its regulations. The change puts into effect portions of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which alters existing law about providing funds to higher education institutions that host a Confucius Institute.
