WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has lodged a proposed settlement with a federal court in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio addressing allegations of water pollution on August 19, 2025.

The lawsuit, filed under the Clean Water Act, accuses Tyson L. Friskney of releasing contaminants without authorization into U.S. waterways. The court filing aims to compel the defendant to stop the alleged violations and take corrective action.
