College of Marin-Kentfield Completes Inventory of Native American Remains & Artifacts Associated With Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria

WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 (TNSFR) -- The College of Marin Kentfield campus has completed an inventory of Native American human remains and funerary objects in its possession. This action is a requirement under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The college has determined there is a cultural affiliation between the materials and the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California.
