WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has issued its third request for information (Case No. 2025-00140) to East Kentucky Power Cooperative Inc., Winchester, regarding the utility's proposal to create a tariff for data center power. The request, served on August 21, 2025, asks for clarification on how East Kentucky Power Cooperative classifies potential data center customers and its generation choices for serving these facilities.
