WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has dismissed a complaint filed by Thomas Loecken against Farmers Rural Electric Cooperative Corp., Glasgow, Kentucky. The order (Case No. 2024-00410), served on August 21, 2025, closes the case after the complainant failed to amend his initial filing.
