WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a permit allowing the unintentional disturbance of marine mammals during a major construction project at the Don Young Port of Alaska, Anchorage. The permit is valid from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2031.
