WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has established a judicial panel to oversee a dispute surrounding a planned power plant in Calhoun County, Texas.
The action follows an application from Long Mott Energy, LLC to construct a four-unit reactor facility. In response, a local group, San Antonio Bay Estuarine Waterkeeper, requested a hearing on the project.
