Ky. PSC: Rate Hike for Fleming-Mason Energy Put on Hold

WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has suspended a request by Fleming-Mason Energy Cooperative Inc., Flemingsburg, Kentucky, for a rate adjustment. The application (Case No. 2025-00224), filed on August 1, 2025, sought to pass through a wholesale rate change from its supplier, East Kentucky Power Cooperative Inc., Winchester, to its customers. The proposed effective date for the adjustment was September 1, 2025.
