WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is extending the use of a document that supports claims for a drawback of federal excise taxes on exported wines. The form entitled "Certificate of Tax Determination--Wine," enables wine exporters to receive a refund of taxes previously paid on a product. The agency is seeking an extension for the document's use without making any program changes or adjustments.
