WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has announced a comment period on the "Formula and Process for Wine" information collection that affects vintners and wine producers across the U.S.
