WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 (TNSFR) -- The National Armaments Consortium has expanded its membership with the addition of 34 entities. The changes were disclosed in a filing with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission, a step taken to extend liability protections under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993.

This act limits the damages that can be recovered in antitrust lawsuits to actual damages under certain circumstances.< . . .
