Ky. PSC Suspends Owen Electric Rate Adjustment

WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has suspended a request by Owen Electric Cooperative Inc., Owenton, Kentucky, to pass through a wholesale rate adjustment from its supplier. The "Electronic Application of Owen Electric Cooperative, Inc. for Pass-Through of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc.'s Wholesale Rate Adjustment" (Case No. 2025-00217) was filed on August 1, 2025, with a proposed effective date of September 1, 2025.
