N.Y. PSC Suspends Cumberland Valley Electric Rate Hike

WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 (TNSdok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has suspended a proposed rate adjustment by Cumberland Valley Electric Inc., Gray, Kentucky. The company filed an application (Case No. 2025-00218) on August 1, 2025, to pass on any wholesale rate increase from its supplier, East Kentucky Power Cooperative Inc., Winchester.
