WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management is preparing to facilitate the return of Native American human remains discovered in Washoe County, Nevada. The remains, representing at least one indigenous individual, were found in a dry creek bed in 2004 by a camper. The person who found the bones reported them to the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, which secured the area and had investigators excavate the site.
